There has been a settlement in a decades-long Arizona case on funding mental health care in the state, Arnold v. Sarn.

Attorney Anne Ronan of the Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest has been heavily involved as the plaintiffs' attorney.

Michael Shafer, a professor in the school of social work in the Arizona State University College of Public Programs in downtown Phoenix, shared more on Arnold v. Sarn and mental health care in Arizona. Professor Shafer is also the director of the ASU Center for Applied Behavioral Health Policy.
