Last year, the Fox Network show “Kitchen Nightmares” featured Scottsdale’s Amy’s Baking Company. It infamously became the only restaurant host Gordon Ramsay gave up on, partly because of how the owners handled servers’ tips.

We talked with employment attorney Lisa Higuera of Fennemore Craig about an increasing number of wage and hour lawsuits that have been filed against local restaurants and resorts in Arizona this year.
