As Governor Jan Brewer’s time as Governor dwindles down to just a few months, she took a trip to Europe this week in the hopes of attracting jobs from Norway and Ireland to Arizona.

But what else does the state need to be doing to snag positions that are otherwise ending up in Mexico or the Deep South?
