Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey announced Monday that he had reached a budget deal with lawmakers that is supposed to include a 20 percent raise for teachers by 2020.

It hasn’t satisfied teachers and the #RedForEd movement but Republican legislative leaders are on board.

The key question remains whether rank and file lawmakers will go along and, potentially, end the legislative session this week.
