Phoenix Adopts $4.4 Billion Budget, Draws Mixed Reactions

The Phoenix City Council approved a new city budget for the upcoming fiscal year last evening. The nearly $4.5 billion plan includes money for public safety, trying to help the city’s homeless population and libraries among many other things.

Public comments during the meeting were mixed.
