Utah Enacts Strictest Drunk Driving Law In The Country
On Sunday, Utah will implement the nation’s strictest drunk driving law when it comes to a driver’s blood-alcohol content.
The state is moving from .08 as the minimum level for impaired driving down to a .05. The law was actually passed a couple of years ago but had a delayed implementation.
