Scottsdale has long been known as a great food town, but now they’re getting a boost from some big-name chefs from out of town.

Food Network’s Giada de Laurentis and Nobu Matsuhisa have both shown interest in “The West's Most Western Town.”

So, what does that mean for the food scene in Scottsdale?
