An Arizona congressman has tweeted out what appears to be a manipulated image of former President Barack Obama and Iran’s president. But that fake photo has been around since 2015.

Republican Congressman Paul Gosar has tweeted out a manipulated image of the former U.S. president shaking hands with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani.

Gosar wrote, “The world is a better place without these guys in power.” Rouhani is still the president of Iran.

In 2015, Buzzfeed reported that the image was being used in a TV ad by the organization Restoration PAC, which was in opposition to the then Iran nuclear deal.

The image appears to have been created from a photo of Obama meeting India’s former prime minister in 2011.
