Reporter Amy Wang will be at the Phoenix City Council meeting to witness the selection.

Phoenix has not had a full-time city manager since David Cavazos left last year, to take a similar position in Santa Ana, Calif. The Phoenix City Council will take a step towards changing that on Wednesday when it votes for a new city manager.
